Animal Hospital of Barrington

From all the vets I have been to, this vet has been the best. They have taken care of my dog ever since she has gotten into a dog fight that has damaged her ear in 2023. This year on Mother’s Day the same dog Karey aka Karebear passed away all of a sudden from heart failure. The vet sent me cards with all staff members writing, that meant so much to me as it showed that no matter what they cared for her. Thank you Broadview for everything you have done for her.

This office is new to me. I first went to see them when my cats were at their end of life. (They were 21.. they were a gift in my life. They were my babies their whole life ). The Dr’s and staff at Barrington vet were very compassionate and kind. That time is never easy. I recently saw them with a new baby, and they were very welcoming and super kind to my new baby. So far I would highly recommend them if you are in need of great caring veterinary services. I love the Drs and all the staff at Barrington veterinary office .. They get you in for an appointment fast. They are very kind and friendly. Most of all they take very good care of my dog.

We have been going to AHB for almost 18 years. Dr H has been a trusted vet whether it was routine or to talk through hard scenarios. Every discussioj qas approached in a non judgmental way but through advice and support. There were a few years where we were there frequently as navigated senior years. The technicians and the support staff I can not say enough about as they take time to provide comfort in an already stressful situation. It's the support is what makes then great.

We recently moved back to the area, and they have been great with our 2 dogs. Not only do they stay on top of all of their shots with reminders, but they also follow up after visits if your pup isn't feeling well to make sure things are improving. Great team, and great care!

My dog had very soft stools and we were concerned. Called the animal hospital of Barrington which is our veterinarian and they had me come right in. I brought a stool sample and within 24 hours I was told he had Guardia. They gave me a prescription and instructions to treat him. He is doing great now because of them. The staff is awesome and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.
