Animal Health Clinic

I’ve been going to Animal Health Clinic for five years now, and I am very pleased with them. This last time they went above and beyond to help me out when I locked my keys in the car. Thank you, Animal Health Clinic.

Dr. Bourek and now Dr Burkle are So knowledgeable and helpful in all areas with my different animals, from Donkeys, goats, chickens, to the barn cats, house cats and of course dogs. We are so lucky to have this team in our area.

Customer service was terrible. Took our cat in for an ultrasound to diagnose a failing liver. They were extremely unprofessional with not having paperwork organized and displayed an intense lack of empathy. They referred to his jaundice as “he looks yellow” and then turned around and told us they “didn’t see anything wrong with him”. Before his ultrasound they sprayed STRAIGHT rubbing alcohol onto our CAT’S FUR, WITHOUT cleaning it off or shaving the affected area prior. For those that don’t know, rubbing alcohol is TOXIC if ingested as well as causes skin irritation and respiratory issues. $137 to be told “nothing was wrong”. I absolutely will not go back and do not recommend to anyone that’s trying to find real care for their kids.

They took great care of my millie when she was having a issues got her in right away did her surgery same day and she was home the same day

Absolutely love all of the staff here! They are always so busy, which is a good sign that they care and do good work with all animals.
