From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with kindness and respect. Everyone was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The exam was thorough and informative. My dog was treated with care and thoughtfulness. The doctors were thorough and answered every question and concern. The techs were kind and did a great job with the initial exam and testing. At every point everything was explained to me and all of my questions answered. Overall a great experience and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I cannot thank the entire staff and doctors enough for the amazing care we received over the last 8 months. Everyone is so kind and supportive both to me and my bunny. We had a long road of treatment but I had been encouraged each time we went in for evaluation. Thank you to all in the northern KY office from me and bunny Binky. Thanks to you she is now living her best happy and healthy bunny life!

I was recommended by my vet after my peanut became completely blind out of no where. It was stressful for peanut and myself. The staff and doctors were wonderful. They treated us so well. The doctors explained everything the whys and how's to us for us to understand peanuts condition. I felt like they actually care about my pet and me. I have been to places that care about getting you in and taking your money. Not this place they care about your fur baby !!! Although there was no cure for my peanut, I am so grateful for them taking care of us. Definitely recommend them to anyone that has animals that have eye issues.

Our guy, Shadow still has a long road to recovery but The Animal Eye Institute put together the pieces to discover he had blastomycosis. I credit them for saving his life. We are optimistic that he will get through with only losing his left eye. This deadly and mysterious disease had us stumped, but the drive to Florence was worth it to discover the Veterinarians and staff here.
