I came here with my mom a few days ago with her cat due to an emergency. The cat was having breathing issues. We were greeted by Matt who was helpful and kind. We were called into a room where Meghan helped us. Meghan was so kind, calm, and overall a pleasant person. That made everything so much better in such a difficult time emotionally. The vet, Dr. Naugle came in, and was another pleasant person. She showed us the xrays, told us options and gave my mom time to make a decision. She needed to make the tough decision between more testing, bloodwork, and medications for her 11 year old cat who had asthma (and possibly fluid around the heart by looking at the xray) or some kind of cancer and putting him down. She chose the latter. Dr Naugle didn't get offended when we asked questions about
The staff was very caring and supportive. My dog cut her leg and needed a few stitches on a Sunday night. We were there from about 8:30pm- 1:30am which I thought wasn’t bad considering they were fairly steady. I would definitely recommend this clinic. They also sent a text a few days later to check on my dog, Tilly. We ended up ordering a bodysuit in addition to using a cone.
My french bulldog had a freak accident and hurt his eye. I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was so nice and helpful. What needed to be done was explained to me beforehand. It was busy but I only had a 2 hour wait. But for my dog I would have waited as long as it took. The price was reasonable for an emergency visit compared to other places I've been. I highly recommend this place in an emergency.
I took my cat to this emergency vet recently and we absolutely loved them. The whole staff was amazing from the moment we walked in. My cat can be… well, a little spicy sometimes, and they handled him with so much patience and care. They talked me through everything, made sure I understood what was going on, and truly treated him like he mattered. Even though it was a stressful situation, they made the experience as smooth and comforting as possible. I’m really grateful for how kind and professional they were. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants their pet in good hands.
My cat Beanie was so sick. Won’t stop throwing up. We took him here and they were all wonderful. They were so caring that we trusted them immediately. Within a couple of days he was getting back to his old self. Thank you all for the loving care you gave him
