First time in Wayne location. Clean, nice staff. Loved the welcome sign with all the patients' names for the day on it. Dr. Bowden is friendly, attentive and professional. His bedside manner and care and concern for my pup is greatly appreciated.

After our visit, I felt completely reassured that we made the right choice. From the warm welcome (including a personalized board with the patients' names!) to the gentle way they handled our dog during the exam, the staff made a fantastic impression. A friend recommended this specialist, and I'm so glad she did. Our dog's itching has already decreased significantly now that he's on the right antibiotics for his skin infection. While we still have work to do to identify his specific allergies, starting the prescription diet feels like a great first step toward a long-term solution. Thank you for the reassurance and the clear path to recovery!

I wanted to share my experience with the Animal Dermatology Clinic in Wayne to save other pet owners the frustration. I value efficiency and transparency, and unfortunately, this place offers neither. The front office experience is baffling. Whether you are standing at the desk or trying to get help over the phone, the staff is consistently rude and unhelpful. They seem completely indifferent to clients and appear to be doing anything but actually working. You would think paying a premium for a specialist would equate to a higher level of service, but the office staff somehow manages to charge more while providing significantly less. I brought my Bully Freedom to Animal Dermotology after 2 general veterinarians were unable to get her symptoms under control... Out of sheer desperation I brought her to see Dr Loewinger, who was able to prescribe multiple treatment regimens that brought her back from the brink of death .....She is on maintenance treatment now and has a full coat of fur .....The picture of her with the cat was just the other day.... She continues to do very well

I loved everything about ADC from the second I picked up the phone to schedule my appointment right up until I walked through the door. I was greeted by two very pleasant receptionists. Then I met Dr. Bowden for the first time. He took his time with me and Martin we went over my cat's health history which was extensive. He was so positive, informative, patient and so very friendly. The care my cat was given. I feel he is safe in Dr. Bowdens care.
