I cannot speak more highly of this veterinary practice!! Dr. Buelow & Dr. Durney, and the entire amazing team, are outstanding and a true testament to the compassion that goes into the profession. I came to them early 2025 by a personal recommendation from my primary care veterinarian. One of my newly adopted cats was showing signs of oral pain and she had severe inflammation on the right side of her mouth. I recently consulted with Dr. Buelow regarding an oral mass on my 10-year-old pup, and from the very beginning I felt confident in her care. Dr. Buelow thoroughly walked me through all possible outcomes and presented a very reasonable treatment plan. My pup was added to their schedule quickly, and the team was extremely professional, providing all necessary information and documentation well ahead of the procedure. Our veterinarian in Roanoke referred us to this place for oral-nasal fistula surgery for our dog Brody. Brody has no teeth, 6 years old and I think was rescued too late and had developed severe fistulas within his mouth. Dr. Buelow examined him and performed the surgery same day. She is excellent (along w/ all the staff there). Everyone made us feel confident that he was being cared for. Dr. Buelow has performed this type of surgery many times and is truly an amazing surgeon. From the moment we walked into the building until the time we went home after my dog's dentistry, we were treated with kindness and received excellent service. Reception staff, technical staff and the doctor were caring and provided excellent veterinary care to my best boy. And, he enjoyed the attention.
