Animal Clinic In Sussex

Dr. Jennifer is outstanding at her job. I appreciate that she takes the time to do a thorough exam and consider all possibilities when treating my dogs. She is kind, explains options, and doesn’t push anything. It seems like her priority is to make sure the pet owner understands their options and is there to support them. Overall the vet clinic is efficiently ran, reasonable pricing, and is easy to book an appointment or technician appointment on short notice. Highly recommend!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would, 5 isn’t enough!! Wonderful vet - It all started a couple months ago when our senior dog ended up getting sick and something seemed off. We didn't have an established vet, so I called somewhere close to us in Menomonee Falls, after I explained what was going on, they told me, with no concern, or compassion “it’s 9-10 weeks until you can be seen” I was heartbroken. So slightly panicked and sad I called a couple other places and similar responses. Thinking at this point our only option was the emergency vet, a friend recommended I call Animal Clinic in Sussex. Taking one more shot, I called, and to my surprise, they welcomed me immediately with open arms and real concern for what was going on with our dog. They got me in right away, and I am forever gra

What a wonderful place to bring my new baby bird. She was a wonderful vet, and handled my bird with great care. Everyone was great, from the front desk people to the aides and the vet. Glad to call this place my home vet.

Just wanted to let the whole animal loving world know how fantastic the Animal Clinic in Sussex is. This clinic is worth every penny you will spend there. Dr MacKenzie is a very talented, knowledgeable veterinarian. If she doesn’t know something, which is rare, she will research the issue until she finds the right answer. I used to live much closer to the clinic, but have moved almost 20 years ago. I will still spend the 45 minute drive to take my pets in for care. It’s a big family there and you are included when you go there. The clinic has made some beautiful changes in the front as well as in the back. I have taken my 12 cats, and 5 dogs there. Since moving to WI in 25’ we were nervous about finding a new vet for our very timid chocolate lab mix. We are so grateful for the staff at Animal Clinic in Sussex, they have treated our dog with love and compassion! We will forever be thankful for treating our dogs this way and not trading away like all of the other vets that we have seen in the past.
