The downtown clinic provided Luna with poor care, but the Animal Care Clinic in Bellflower delivers superior service in all areas, which makes it difficult to understand their organizational connection. The clinic staff members provided both friendly service and complete attention to my needs. The staff at this clinic treated me with dignity while delivering straightforward information about my care, which differed from my previous negative experience. The staff at this clinic demonstrated genuine concern for Luna while identifying a medical issue that I had not noticed before. The clinic experience brought me a tremendous amount of happiness when I departed compared to my initial arrival. Terrible customer service. Although the Dr is great if you can get to see him. The front desk person is not! I have been trying to get my dogs in to get their nails trimmed, shots, and one treated for an ear infection for 2 months now. They’re always booked. I’ve been told to come early for 1st come first serve. Yet, it seems like they always have an excuse for not being able to take my dogs. Today I followed all the protocol required from the last time I tried to get them in and the front desk girl Tod me they changed their protocol from last month! I’ve had it!! It’s not worth my time or money anymore. Terrible experience with the staff.

This is the worst place you could ever go; they completely waste your time. I had an appointment at 9:30 in the morning the first time I went for simple vaccinations for my pet, and they made me wait 2 and a half hours. I didn't leave until noon. It's a disaster. I don't know what they're doing that makes them waste so much of your time, and they don't tell you anything, nor do they care. Then I went another day at 11:00 and they made me wait another two hours just to tell me I had to wait even longer. It's the worst place you can go with your pets; they waste your time and they don't care at all. What's the point of making an appointment if they don't see you on time? This place is a complete mess.

Animal Care Clinic is ABSOLUTELY #1. My Poodle-ShiTzu mix furbaby stuck his head under a fence and was mulled by a pit bull. Luckily, we were able to pull him from under the fence and survived the attack. We immediately called and took him to the only Vet hospital that was open on Christmas day. We truly appreciate ALL that did for him that day and in the following days. However, after noticing that he kept getting repeated wound infections, we took him to Animal Care Clinic with the fabulous Dr. Sal. As soon as he did his initial exam, Dr. Sal immediately rushed my furbaby to surgery. Now my furbabay is doing great. He still has stitches all over his head with no more infections on any of his wounds. I HIGHLY recommend Animal Care Clinic.

Dr. Sal is the best veterinarian that I've met. He's exceedingly honest. He doesn't run up your bill with tests unless they are actually needed. He is Extremely knowledgeable and I trust him completely. I have a highly trained working dog and am an experienced dog trainer. Dr. Sal helped me avoid unnecessary surgery for an ACL injury. It may take a long time to get in for an appointment. He has walk in days for more urgent needs, and you may have to hang out and wait quite a while after getting a walk in slot in the morning.
