Dr. Yerk and her team take great care of all my dogs (12 in total) and I have always been 100% satisfied with the quality of the care my pets receive… highly recommended !!!

Called here in attempt to book my cats for vaccines and pre-flight screening for the EU. An extremely elderly woman on the phone sounded irritated the moment she picked up. Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with my questions. Instead of asking for assistance or looking up information, she simply stated "I don't know. We don't have the USDA here." Which was not at all what I was asking, but sure. A rather obstinate woman to say the least. I hope administration considers offering a refresher on staff training. It appears as though this particular receptionist forgot how to act.

I took my Puppy in for being really sick and she didn’t even examine the dog. All she did was give him a shot of antibiotics and sent him home. He got worse within the next day so I took him to another veterinarian clinic and they said that he has Parvo. Had Remington been professional and checked maybe I wouldn’t have needed a second Vet and maybe he could’ve gotten treatment sooner.

Best vet in all day f Northern Indiana! She's so friendly and kind and compassionate and her prices are the most reasonable I've ever even heard of! Thanks Dr. Yerk!

Wouldn’t recommend! Especially if you have an emergency! They don’t listen to your concerns. No testing. Just push you out the door with some kind of meds. You get what you pay for kinda thing. They are cheap for a reason.
