What a great experience this morning with Dr. Keppel. He and his staff were wonderful, compassionate and caring and extremely thorough. My Moosie has had allergic reactions and skin infections which came out of nowhere. I feel hopeful we can resolve her issues soon. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Kenneth E. Keppel kept my dog on Apoquel for over 5+ years KNOWING the side effects, knowing that they are not suppose to be on this medication for this long. He is a careless, lazy veterinarian. My dog passed away with huge growth inside of them because they never told me the side effect of the Apoquel would be growths. And for YEARS, staff was always rude at the Deerfield beach location. Now that I’ve lost my animal, I now know it was YOU who never helped. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. You make yourself this bigger company with half ophthalmology and half Derm? You guys charge over $200 just to be able to be seen by your specialist and overcharge for your medications. Not making them accessible when needed.

Dr. Keppler didn’t even touched my cat. The assistant held the cat down while he looked it from a distance. Gave me 2 expensive meds and a hefty bill and send me my way. I called the next day with questions, the never called me back. TERRIBLE DR.

Went here because my dogs vet recommended getting her eyes checked out. Staff all very friendly and professional. Dr. Jinx was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my girl. Highly recommend if you need this type of doctor for your fur baby.
