⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went to Animal Aid Spay & Neuter Clinic yesterday for my kitten’s spay, and I’ll be honest—I was nervous. From the moment I arrived, Vanessa made the whole experience so much easier. She was incredibly pleasant, patient, and took the time to explain the steps of the whole process and my kitten’s post-surgery care. She even gave me her number so I could send her pictures and confirm dosing the next day—above and beyond customer care! The doctor who performed the surgery also went the extra mile, leaving a very detailed report about everything she observed during the procedure. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my sweet Scottie girl was in such capable, compassionate hands. Yes, there was a bit of a wait, but honestly—it was worth every minute for the quality of care an

THEY'RE ROBBING YOU!!! I took my cat here for an upset stomach. It took 4 hours for me to get a call back just saying "we can not work with him he's too spicy" which my cat is not he's been too many vets. They said they couldn't even take his temperature. So I picked him and the in the 15 minutes I waited for someone to even assist me I heard the lady in the back saying "this Costumer seems like they have money we may need to rack up a large bill or ask for a donation it would help us". Also keep in mind they said they could work with my cat if I came to and was willing to put him UNDER ANESTHESIA!!!!! Ridiculous I took him to oak wood right after where they were able to get me out the door in 45 minutes. I'll never come back or recommend anyone here in my life.

It's been a few years, but I need to get this off my chest. We brought our elderly, blind cat here to be euthanized, and the experience was traumatic. The staff member who handled us did not explain the procedure at all. He immediately grabbed our cat and injected her in the rear thigh with no warning, no compassion, and no empathy. She cried out in pain, and so did we. Only afterward did he say it was a “relaxation shot,” then he left us alone for more than 25 minutes. No one checked on us. When I opened the door to the back, the staff looked disorganized and overwhelmed. The same employee eventually returned, and I had to step outside because the atmosphere in this place felt extremely uncomfortable. My husband — a Vietnam veteran who served 22 years in the Army — came out in tears. I

Found a very flea infested and anemic puppy on the road. Tried to nursing him back to health for three days at home. Gave him lots of love and attention. He refused to eat. All the other vets wouldn’t take me in at 4pm on a Thursday. I am somewhat homeless so the expenses were definitely an issue. Was eventually led to Animal Aid for how they “work with you on the bill” they took the puppy in. I let Margo know I only had $30 in my pocket at the moment. They kept the puppy over the weekend, checked in on him Monday. He was somewhat stable by then. Was told to leave him there for few more days. They did all types of test and examinations and procedures on him. I was never let know of anything going on or the bill. From the very beginning, Every time I ask for a balance or bill amount, they a

I have had many many bad vet experiences, but this one takes the cake. I called ahead about getting my cat neutered, and was assured that I could do a walk-in and that they would have me in and out very quickly. Despite living 2 hours away, I got there at opening. Long story short, I left in tears. After 3 call check-ins, 1 in person check-in, and a day of work missed, I was told that I should come pick him up and reschedule. I was told they were backed up— which I completely understand happens, but I am unsure why my cat was put on the backburner when we were the second ones in the door. My poor baby went almost 24hrs no food or water… 8 of those hours in a crate… for nothing. Incredibly disheartening to say the least.
