I've been seeing Dr. Rodriguez for 5 years, and she's absolutely my favorite primary care doctor. She truly listens to all of my concerns, and even if she's running late, I'm always happy to wait because she never rushes her patients, and to me that's everything. The front desk staff can be hit or miss, but messaging Dr. Rodriguez directly through the patient portal is always the quickest and easiest option. No matter where I go, Dr. Rod will always be my primary care doctor.

I'm STILL suffering from fluroquinalone POISONING She prescribed a fluroquinalone for an uncomplicated UTI!!!!!Within just a few doses my meniscus burst in my knee and I developed peripheral neuropathy. I am still suffering.When I complained, her response was to send me a letter saying I was no longer welcome in her practice.BEWARE OF DOCTORS WHO DO NOT RESEARCH THE DANGERS OF QUINALONES!!!!!I have been treated by several neurologists and am still in serious pain. The medical care provided by Dr. Anielka Rodríguez and Dr. Flavia Ortiz has been truly excellent. My entire family my mom, dad, sister, husband, and I are all patients at this clinic and we trust them deeply. However, the experience with the front desk, especially when calling in the morning between 9 and 11 AM to request a prescription refill, has been consistently disappointing. Regardless of whether you speak English or Spanish, the receptionist leaves you on hold for more than 20 minutes — and this happens repeatedly. When you call back, the same thing happens again. It feels like a lack of respect for patients who are calling with urgent needs. This is a serious concern and a call for attention. Amazing doctor. Even when she’s running behind and you know she’s slammed she never rushes or makes you feel that you’re taking too much of her time. She’s thorough and goes above and beyond for her patients. I was prescribed a cream for a rash on my face and it started getting worse. I stopped taking it and sent a message on a Saturday morning through the portal, not expecting a response until the next week. She saw my message and sent a new script to my pharmacy the same day. Like I said…. She goes above and beyond for her patients and is a fabulous physician. I adore her. She’s wonderful!

I went to Dr. Rodriguez for the first time today and for once in my life I didn't feel like a doctor was rushing to get me out of their office. She actually listened ,cared and formulated a plan. I look forward to my next appointment with her!
