Angel's Pharmacy

Best place if you want luxury without paying for the price. I love the option of being able to get my prescriptions at my door rather then picking them up. It is usually is a 1-2 day turnaround which is not bad when you are so busy throughout the day.

My son has epilepsy and Angel's Pharmacy has been a godsend. My son is on about 5 different meds with some monthly changes recently and they have worked with the doctor and insurance to get them covered and to us quickly. I highly recommend them!

Until recently, for 2/3 months now, there had not been an issue with my receipt of QULIPTA from Angel Pharmacy; however, even though I have refills on the bottles -according to the Mgr it’s not that simple. So while I waited in pain for a call back~he/they didn’t. I finally called them back for an update after a week and was told my insurance would not cover it. I called my insurance”s” and was told the medication is covered by them. BUT the issue is the processing. I provided this information to the Manager and he promised to call me back… he didn’t. I called the Pharmacy but was not allowed to speak directly with the manager; but the female on the phone said that they would ‘give’ me a bottle until .. and would have it delivered in 2 days. That’s very kind, but does not fix the prob

Ankit Patel, Pharmacy Service Manager, came to our office at the beginning of August 2021 offering their specialty pharmacy services. In the middle of August, our practice, started using their services. We have approximately 8 patients' using their services. They provide great customer service to our practice and our patients. They do the prior authorization for medications, and they deliver medication free to patients. Patients are contacted by the pharmacy to get verbal approval to transfer prescription from other pharmacies to Angel's Pharmacy. As soon as they have the approval, they make contact with the patient to deliver prescriptions, which are delivered within 24 hours. Angel's Pharmacy maintains constant contact with our patientss and our practice. Very happy with Angel's

Prescription was sent over Tuesday 4/12/22 to be filled. I got a text message to call them. I called and spoke to a male he said it would be sent out and it would arrive at my home Thursday 4/14/22 via UPS. It did not come in. I called twice Friday regarding my prescription and left a message both times. Also sent messages for a call back with information about my prescription. Today 4/18/22 I left my third message at approximately 0903. I then sent another message telling them to cancel my order. Finally got a call this morning @ approximately 1120 saying that my prescription was supposed to be sent out Friday, but was not picked up. And they were going to send itniut today, I once again and about three more times told the woman to cancel it as I would just rather not deL with them and w
