Angels Nursing Center

Being in a nursing center sucks. I left this facility today, so glad to be "free" after the hospital, then the 6 weeks of follow-up care. But on the flip side I am grateful Angel's was there. They were all A+ and I walked out of there, back on my feet, literally. I dont know what other nursing spots are like but im pretty sure you'll find no better than this place. Everyday they were on top of my treatment and daily needs with a positive and cool attitude while dealing with some of the other random chaos I witnessed from "mental" lifers that I must say was super entertaining. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and helpful. The facility is super clean and has a really warm, welcoming vibe. The staff is friendly, polite, and always willing to help. They made the whole process of getting my family member settled so much easier. The nurses were amazing, so caring and really paid attention to what my family needed. You can tell they care about the people there. The other patients seemed happy and comfortable too which says a lot. It honestly feels like a home for them. I’m really thankful for everything they have done for us.

I am a long-term resident in my early 50s and have been at this facility for over 20 years. It’s been a journey, and over time, the staff has truly become like family to me. Most of the staff are very attentive to my needs and always willing to help. The social worker has been especially helpful with my upcoming transfer to Arizona so I can be closer to my sister, niece, and nephew. I was also the resident council president for two years and still attend meetings from time to time. I would recommend this facility to others looking for a caring and supportive environment.

She always puts residents first, approaches her work with a smile, and ensures my transportation to appointments is handled with care including arranging for an escort when needed.
