I've been a customer of this dentist for 3 years and have usually had a positive experience. I have always had a different hygienist, which usually isn't an issue, however, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth this last time was awful. She poked my gums so much that it hurt to brush or floss for two days after. When she polished my teeth, she did a very sloppy job of rinsing out the polish. She then left me waiting for the dentist and her to come back for over 5 minutes, which is longer than ever before. The worst dental experience to date.

Hygienist Amy is outstanding--thorough, explains what is happening, & puts the patient at ease. Dr. Torres hires those, like Amy, who fit her model of professionalism & first-rate patient care.

Dr Torres and her staff are wonderful! She really takes the time to address your concerns, and is generous with giving useful information about health in general. I highly recommend this office.
