My little one was nervous it walk in the door but it all melted away as soon as we walked in their office. Highly recommend taking little ones there on their children's day on Wednesday. They know what theyre doing and make it fun in a way that the children dont register that theyre being tested and they still get the information they need. 10/10 would go again and recommend others to go.

I had the best experience with Angela Batini. When I walked in the office was so welcoming with a nice scent. Angela was so easy to talk to and she is amazing at what she does. If you're unsure or scared about getting your hearing checked go see Angela, I left with a pleasant experience.

The front office assistant was welcoming and took the time to really listen to and assist one of the clients with their hearing aids. Angela Batini was friendly and explained each step of the testing process as we went through it and then she showed me my results. She explained what the results meant and what the next steps would be and why. She took the time to answer my questions. It was a very good experience. I appreciated their help and I would highly recommend them.
