Everyone in his office is kind and very welcoming. The clinic itself is cute, has lots of paintings, has a floor designed like an ocean, has astronaut decor, and coupled with images of fishes everyone! The front desk support, and the nurses are always so friendly. Dr. Rico actually listens to me, he has been a great help for my health. Absolutely would recommend!

Rico is probably the best doctor I know, he provides professional medical advice with the family touch from old time doctors, so he’s always busy and you have to wait for him to see you but the attention of the whole staff and his dedication to his patients makes the waiting time worthy.

I have been coming here for a while now and I have made an appointment twice now for the past 2 months every single time I made an appointment it gets canceled bc the Doctor has an emergency. My medication is controlled and I need to see a doctor to refill it, the front desk told me that it’s not there problem and that I must see the doctor but how am I supposed to see the doctor if everytime I make an appointment it gets canceled. The front desk was nasty and gave me a random appointment and hung up the phone. It’s ridiculous!
