Had a horrible experience with one of the doctors at your facility. Apparently it is normal practice for your facility to ask for cash for an epidural during a pregnancy, while actually in the process of giving birth. My wife was giving birth at the hospital and not only would the Doctor not bill my insurance, he insisted that I leave the hospital and go find a bank to pull out $500 cash (would not accept a credit card) and bring it back to him before he would administer an epidural to my wife. So I had to leave the hospital, potentially miss the birth of my child to find a bank to pull out $500 cash for him. That is one of the most shady things I have ever heard of, even my insurance company was floored.
