0 stars. Horrific experience and complete lack of business ethics. I've been battling with this company for over 5 months and like others they are now threatening collections. They never sent a bill. I monitored my insurance records and reached out proactively. There is no way to get in contact with anyone who can help with billing issues or disputes. There is no way to contact the original service provider. They provide out of service web links, phone numbers, and emails that bounce back as undeliverable. I expect the hope that people just give up and pay. I filed complaints with the hospital and surgeon's office. I finally filed an appeal with my insurance to attempt to have this resolved.

OMG. Where do I begin? These people were notified MONTHS ago that their $1,218 billing was a mistake, and that they needed to put it on hold while Blue Shield re-did the E.O.B. (billing, basically) to reflect our policy's 20% copay. They sent it to a collections agency instead, which started piling on interest. On one of my many calls, I was promised on 6/23 that they would call the agency and have an "insurance hold" placed on the account. I later found out this was never done, that they waited til 7/15 to call the agency and tell them Blue Shield had redone the EOB for only $246, the correct amount (20%, just as we told them). They NEVER asked for an insurance hold, and the blood-sucking agency billed for full interest on $1,218, even AFTER they corrected the principal to $243, mak

0/0 terrible and unethical operation - they sent me a spamy text with a link to a medical bill. NEVER did I receive a bill via mail. Now I have a debt collector trying to charge me an interest.

Terrible service! They used a Medical billing service from PerYourHealth which is irresponsible. You won't able to pay online. You can only mail them a check and know nothing will go on. You won't be able to contact them for support.
