I used their website to book an appointment, mid February; when I went to cancel April 1 there was no record of the appointment. I called April 8 to book a new appointment, figuring it was lower risk to call the shop directly, and had an appointment for May 22. On May 19 I called to confirm, since all I had received were text messages telling me to book an appointment, and once again, no appointment. There are no appointments available until late June, and they’ve kept me on hold on the phone for a half hour while they ‘sort it out’. I’ve been there twice since my former optometrist joined with them prior to his retirement, and actually had a good experience…but two screwups on my appointment is just not acceptable.

I would give him zero if i could I went to him twice ended up with two different prescriptions which were both not right and i know have to spend money to get new glasses and go to completely different eye doctor because instead of him listening to me he kept telling me i was wrong shaking his head and sighing! So disrespectful will never go back to him ever again! Doesn’t respect or listen to the patients!

I brought my daughter for her annual eye exam and he didn’t review the results compared to last year and did not test for astigmatism which she was positive for during previous eye exams. Our previous OD just switched to MyEyeDr. I was not impressed.

I felt that he really listened to me and took my concerns seriously. And also just had a very nice demeanor!
