My son was sent for an ultrasound over 6 months ago and I never heard from the doctor with results. Called a bunch of times. Im so confused about the lack of follow up.

This is my second review because my first review was mysteriously removed. Waited for an hour for a 5 minute visit with the NP. Was charged over $400 walking out the door. Spoke to my insurance to find out my visit was billed incorrectly. Have been trying to get a hold of someone at the billing office for 3 weeks now and no one will give me a call back. Shame on this practice.

Terrible office. It's been 2 weeks that I'm trying to reach out to get my son's test results. No one returning my calls. Avoid this office.

I took my 3 year old to the Boca office this Morning. Check in was super easy and quick. Wait time was under 30 minutes in total. The front desk lady was super nice. I was triaged by a lovely medical assistant and then the Nurse Practitioner went in to ask a few questions before Dr Labbie saw my son. My experience was 100% positive. I don’t need to mention the excellence of the doctor, that’s a given.
