I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Shephard and his staff.. I had serious anxiety about going to the dentist because I had hardly ever been in my life, and I had serious damage. He presented to me a consistent and structured plan that gave me confidence in coming back to him... Today was something like my 10th appointment in a year, and I’m finally finished. I have never felt uneasy about an appointment, despite my anxieties. I love talking to him and his staff, They have always made me feel comfortable and like I have been a patient there for years. I had a lot of damage repaired and I couldn’t be happier with where I’m at now.. I wish I would’ve came sooner. I’ll be coming here for a long time and I recommend him to everyone. 10/10.

I missed one of my children’s appointments due to Covid. I apologized and took ownership. I have never missed an appointment prior. Surly receptionist advised a $100 deposit would be required to continue treatment. Ludacris. I was nice, asked for a conditional exception. Was refused. Lots of great dentists in the EVV. I won’t be back. 🙄

I suffered a dental emergency over the weekend. We contacted the office on Sunday and Dr. Shephard took time out of his day off on Monday to get me right. This was despite me not being the best and most loyal patient over the years. I cannot thank him and his staff enough.

My family and I have been coming here for many years- shortly after Andrew opened this practice. We really enjoy Andrew and his entire staff. We have always had pleasant experiences (including our 3 year old), and have always referred others here.

The doctor and staff here are amazing.The best experience i have had at any dentist.
