Andrea Fragoso Santana

The assistant, Andrea Fragoso Santana, is not nice. She asked me how I am, then rudely interrupts me, to tell me I need to see an eye doctor. I already seen an eye doctor, who diagnosis was iritis and wanted me to follow up with her, to rule out an autoimmune condition. I tried showing her my test, showing a positive ANA with a Homogen pattern of 1:1280 (High), strong positive for autoimmune disorder, But she again interrupts and tells me "you always have a positive ANA, lots of people have positive ANA, that doesn't mean you have lupus. Being that there isn't anything for her to do, other than interrupt and humiliate me in front of my husband...I walked out and will never go back. Shame on you! Waisted my time and money for the last time.

Definitely looking for another doctor. Staff in the front desk are beyond rude. Lack of empathy and communication with setting appointments. Then act so nonchalant when they tell you come back later, or you have to wait in the lobby until your time. 2 hours later. Are you kidding me?!
