Anderson's Discount Pharmacy

Sat in the drive-thru for 40(+) minutes, majority of the time due to being blocked in by other cars (if not, I would have left). Once I was able to actually get to the window, I waited an additional 15 minutes only for all employees, including the pharmacist, to walk past the window and not acknowledge my presence. I understand being busy (although this was NOT the case), but at least come to the window and acknowledge the customer. This was absolutely ridiculous!

I just started using Anderson’s about a month ago and I couldn’t be more happy! The staff are friendly and professional and the wait time is almost nonexistent, they fill Rx’s quickly. Also, they’re open 7 days a week from 8am-10pm so for me they are the place to go for your prescriptions 100%!

Went to this place for years and every single time it would always be something, either they didn't put them in when I called, they lost them..etc etc etc extremely long wait, hateful and inconsiderate condescending staff members and owner..today I called to have my scripts filled, was told they'd get them ready, I gave them 2 hours, waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes, after being asked by 4 different people what I needed, was finally told by the owner they couldn't be filled till tomorrow. After all these years of putting up with their crap I decided to tell the owner I did not understand how she was possibly staying in business running it this way, to which she told me she was dropping me as a customer. Good. I hope you drop everyone who complains so you can go out of business.

Great pharmacy been getting all my medication there for 10 + years and the wait in the store can be a little longer than I would like, but I use the delivery service and they bring everything to my front door. And AMY the pharmacist is absolutely fantastic.

My husband has used Andersons before and recommended me changing over to them. I'm really pleased with the customer service and such prompt service. I wish every pharmacy would take lessons from them! 🙂❤️
