My experience with Dr. Floyd and his team was truly outstanding. I traveled several hours to see Dr. Kale Floyd, and every mile was worth it. From start to finish, the care I received was exceptional. Dr. Kale Floyd’s professionalism and genuine concern for his patients are unmatched—he even took the time to personally call and check on me after my procedure. Whitney, the office manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was scheduled perfectly and even assisted with my accommodations while I was in town. This Dentist Office is amazing! The Dr, assistants… all staff! They are very kind, some funny, really make me feel comfortable to just come in, be me and get my teeth issues addressed and fixed. They do fantastic work and pretty quick at what they do with quality. I would recommend Anderson & Floyd Dentistry to anyone, for sure!

First appointment went well with the male doctor. At my second appointment I asked if my insurance was going to cover a partial or bridge before having two of my crowns pulled. Some big blonde came into my exam room and basically said if you don't have all 4 procedures done today I will never be allowed back at this office. She also said my insurance probably won't cover what I need. What was the point of hyping me up at my first appointment? So I could be bullied into having procedures done without something going in the place of my bad crowns? She also kept saying this seems like something you're not wanting done today. I was at my appointment on time and was planning on getting the work done until this lady made me feel like I wasn't welcome. This place also called my emergency contact

Staff members included the dentist himself were disrespectful, dismissive and completely unprofessional regarding their approach on speaking with me. They completely ignored my concerns and refused to take responsibility for their mishandling of my documents. A simple; “I’m sorry, we forgot. We’re happy to complete the work!” Would have made a difference, instead staff attempted to blame me, speak over me and demean me. I recommend a different office if you want to be treated with humanity and respect.

Went to Aspen Dental before and started coming here a little over year ago and absolutely love the atmosphere here compared to Aspen. Staff is very helpful, caring and accommodating. Always been a good experience here! 😊
