Stopped in to Anderson Audiolgy thinking I would have to send in my old hearing aid for repairs. Winna was able to put in an internal battery I didn’t even know existed and now I have a backup for our vacation coming up! I was happy to pay for the service, such a relief. When I need a new hearing aid I will definitely go in to this office on Desert inn and Rainbow! Kathryn Koch

Very friendly staff. Spacious office with seats socially distanced in the lobby. These office does have walk-ins daily from 1:15pm-2:15pm. I usually go to the Decatur location but they couldn't get me an appointment today since they don't take walk-ins. Thankfully, this office had an available appointment and was able to get me in the same day. I was able to get the adjustments needed. Thank you for assisting me today as this is a holiday weekend and the office won't reopen until Tuesday. I recommend Anderson Audiology for tour hearing needs. They do have multiple office locations, so you can choose an office near you.

Dr Matthews and her staff was very knowledgeable and very kind. You won't regret coming to her because she goes above and beyond to help you. If I could give her 10 Stars I would.

Dr. Megan and her staff are such darlings. They made me feel comfortable and at home. They are very professional and the establishment is well kept and clean. She made the whole process fun and easy being that your inside this metal chamber lol. I highly recommend this place for your hearing test and any hearing issues you may have.
