I have been using Anco since I started working for Listopad & Finder DDS 2 years ago, hes amazing! Personable, reliable and willing to go above and beyond for our patients. Rush cases always back when we need them and he is always willing to work with tough cases. I couldn't tell you enough good things about this lab. (If we're not allowed to post this I'll delete it) I have been in the dental field for over 23 years and have NEVER experienced such unprofessional-ism from a lab. DO NOT USE ANCO. They do not stand behind their work. They did not follow our doctors instructions on the lab script not once but twice. On top of that their machine was down and no one from the lab called to let us know so we had to move the patient AGAIN. The doctor called to discuss it with the owner. When he placed the owner on hold our scheduling coordinator picked up the phone and he was very nasty to her and hung up on her. I called back to discuss what ever issue there was and he called our doctor a piece of trash??? This is one of the BEST ethical doctors I have ever had to pleasure of helping in building their practic
