We are beyond grateful to Ancare Veterinary Hospital for the incredible care they gave our French Bulldog Otis during his FHO surgery. From the initial consultation to post-op recovery, the entire team was compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to his well-being. Thanks to their skill and attention, our Frenchie is now walking on his leg again—almost back to where he was before the surgery! Watching him regain his mobility and confidence has been such a joy, and we owe it all to this wonderful clinic. My German Shepherd, Nikko, is dog reactive due to trauma received while he was still a puppy. The whole team at Ancare have been, wonderful, caring and accommodating of his needs. Always ensuring the lobby is clear of other dogs before bringing us in or out. Dr. Dullard has been amazingly kind and thorough in treating Nikko's food allergy and providing ways that I can effectively get Nikko the treatment he needs in the most affordable manner possible. Quality care is not inexpensive and I understand that, having German Shepherds in various states of health for almost 40 years. Compassionate, caring, and competent vets and techs at this hospital have always taken excellent care of our dogs, whether the service was routine or emergency. Our most recent visit was an emergency and they were able to run all of the necessary tests immediately to get answers and the best care for our older dog.

You need to train your employees better. Booked an appointment a week in advance just to get a call a day before my appointment saying you don't do surgery on the weekend when I asked specifically that. Now im left scrambling trying to get my pet taken care of. Never bringing my pets here. Tell me how this was immediately addressed almost a week after the appointment was made.

Whatever you do, do not bring your animals here. All this place cares about is money not your animals. I woke up to a cat not being able to walk, she was falling all over when she tried, turns out she had a stroke durning the night. I brought her into this clinic to be checked out and they sent me away wouldn't even look at her. I was told because I havent been there before that they couldn't help me. I would have to drive over an hour an a half away to have her looked at. We called them back to tell them how messed up it is that the cat is in your building and you won't take the time of day to see her. They said well you can bring her back and we'll look her over for a $250 DEPOSIT. That not even with the exam... This is not how a vet clinic should be run PERIOD. If someone comes in with
