I've been seeing Dr Tahkar for about six years now and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received both from him directly and from the staff! My wife has been seen by Dr Anabi for 20+ years (he is also amazing) and when she asked him to recommend a doctor for me he immediately recommended Dr Tahkar based on my medical needs. I had been through many many years of no doctors listening or caring about my medical conditions, to the point that I had no trust or hope for any help left. After my first appointment with Dr Tahkar I really felt like he cared and listened to my concerns and it gave me a little of that hope I was missing for so many years. This is the worst and most inconvenience Doctors’s office we have ever visited. Everybody at the front has a different say so and has a different story every time we call. I have a handicap, brother who has been in a hospital bed for two weeks with no wheelchair and unable to go to his day program and do his daily tasks. The only person who is The real MVP of this business is Trevor. He’s very helpful and likes to listen and get things done. We need more Trevor’s in this office. Dr. Takhar is the hardest doctor to get a hold of And he has no direct email to Contact regarding any situation. I would say to take her insurance somewhere else because you’re gonna get the runaround and a whole bunch of people who say different things

Very frustrated with just the phone service, never even got to be seen by the doctor. The first time I called the female receptionist was just rude, I simply just wanted information and make sure this was the right fit for me. I’m so used to being a Kaiser patient, I’m sure she was busy but the call never took longer than 5 minutes of her time. She seemed to be laughing under her tone of voice, then I called and this office is no longer seeing my insurance. They also never informed me about this change happening the first time when I decided to choose Dr, Anabi as my provider. Very disappointed. Now after a long hour wait, I finally got to change my provider.

Had to write this review because I had such a good experience with Dr. Daljinder S. Takhar, DO! I just moved to this city and my doctor passed away this year, so it's been difficult finding a doctor I can trust. Dr. T truly listened to my concerns and provided me with a simple treatment plan. I feel that I have found my primary doctor for many years to come. I hope he stays close to Pomona so he can be my primary doctor. The staff was also attentive and when I call for questions about prescription, they always answer the phone within 5 seconds of ringing. I appreciate their support and attention.

Loved this medical groups staff for quite awhile….during the last 2 years, I have found it to be chaos. I have been given the wrong orders for lab work, it took four or five times calling to even try and get it squared away. I was promised to be given a referral to a doctor, had to call three or four times and they said it wasn’t in my records, I left five messages with the doctor and never got a callback. When they said they would call back that day or the next.
