The Dentist office is the cleanest I have ever seen. The doctor is perfect and his staff is the best! THANK YOU LORD!!! If you want to be HAPPY with the greatest professional service optimal cleaning and the most intelligent kind and caring dental clinic staff who are the only people I know that my life is such in anointed hands between my broken off wisdom tooth extraction evaluated and x-rayed and the most important to the actual real quick and painless extraction and my bright new smile Jesus Christ has been dear to give me through this clinic and made me feel stronger and I hope you get to at least come over to An Elegante Dental Care and see You Smile for the first time for rest of your life. January 21st of 2026 I received a call stating that my lab case had came in and then I received another call on January 27th 2026 with the follow-up reminder stating that my lab case was again ready to be implanted. Then on February 13th I received another call stating that they weren't ready.. So I just wanna say I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Especially if I've been lied to and time wasted money spent on transportation over there to get all this situated and one moment I'm told that they're ready and the next moment they're not also she is rude to the employees that she employees and belittles them in front of patience I don't think that's very professional at all I think that could have been done after I had left.

Very unprofessional and low quality work. Came in for a dental crown. The temporary had a large space between the gum and crown and was jagged. Dentist said it was “normal and to get used to it.” When I left the cement used crumbled and I came back within 30minutes of leaving to get it fixed. The receptionist and the dentist both yelled at me and told me I should’ve listened to them and not eaten on that side, I hadn’t eaten anything yet. I confronted the receptionist about the treatment and she apologized. Came back for the permanent crown a few weeks later. The permanent porcelain crown looked nice but the dentist glued it in it felt too big and was overhanging over the gum line with an obvious edge I could feel with my tongue. If you're planning to have any dental work done in the near future my advice is to steer far away from this place. It becomes evident right from the beginning that this is a low budget, low quality environment. I went in to have a couple of fillings completed and left with a major infection in my jaw due to the incompetency of Dr. Tuan Anthony Dao. I knew something was wrong from the very beginning when the fine Dr. began the extraction before the Novocaine had a chance to take hold. When I told him I could still feel the tooth breaking he acted as if that was normal and became peturbed when he had to stop the procedure to administer another shot of numbing medicine. They were also suppose to manufacture a lower denture for me that never materialized. I am still taking antibiotics to this

This is a very unprofessional place .Ms Kim the dental assistant she vietnamese told me if I don't like the service to go somewhere else which is very unprofessional and did I hang up in her face after she raised her voiced yes I did. Never said the service was bad, All I ask if she can tell the doctor to be a little gentle in mouth when I get them cleaned im 8months pregnant with highly sensitive gums. She also lied to my physician and told them that I asked to be sedated for when getting extractions for next appointment and that I was told no and that I should be referred to someone else. she only said that so I won't get service there anymore. Now why would I ask to be sedated? I'm 8months pregnant.This dental place don't care about patients only to make a quick buck from low income ins
