Five days a week is expected for an operation with as many satellite operations as Amy has. Even partial days or evenings would help, that is QUALITY SERVICE.

She was the best hearing doctor,she explained everything well and was always on to stuff asap,u give her a thank u👍

Terrible service at the Austin Location. The lady who answered who was evidently VA rep canceled my appointment with another center that was farther away because they were going to do my audiogram test for free because I'm military trying to go on orders. She wanted to not only wanted to charge me but proceed to tell me she knew more than my own command and what I needed even tho I wasnt working with the VA as I'm still a reserve member. Would recommend the Rochester location if she still works there. 5 years in the Navy 3 years as a reservist never had such blatant disrespect.

We love going to Amy Swain's office. it is so welcoming and staff is really nice and friendly. When you leave you really feel cared for . Amy really helped my Mmn a lot by hooking her up with a loaner until her new hearing aid came in. All in all a Wonderful experience!

I have been to locations in Owatonna and Austin. Both offices have great staff who are pleasant to work with and very personable. Dr. Swain is a fantastic Audiologist. She has answered any question I have put to her and I have never felt any pressure to purchase certain instruments. I feel she has always had my best interests at heart. I have also seen Doug now and he was also very helpful.
