Amy Dunetz didn’t take even a few minutes to answer my questions, but she did take a personal phone call during my visit and then began discussing her personal problems with me and my husband. The appointment felt rushed and dismissive. We were essentially pushed out and given shoe inserts we did not ask for. She also told me I’m “too young” to have foot issues. I’m 34... I paid a $60 copay and took time off work, only to feel ignored and placed in the position of listening to the provider’s personal issues rather than receiving medical care...

My father was treated by this doctor for a foot issue over an eight-month period and was repeatedly brought back for more procedures. Each time, he was reassured and convinced that continuing treatment would help. Trusting her, he followed her recommendations. Instead of improving, his condition worsened every time. He now has severe pain, limited mobility, and needs care from a nerve specialist. Valuable time was lost, and only after months of deterioration were we told there was nothing more to be done and to go to the ER for pain. The outcome has been devastating for my father. I truly wish we had been advised to seek another opinion sooner and hope others consider all options carefully before choosing care here.

Grossly incompetent. I went to this podiatrist for severe heel pain, and her brilliant diagnosis was: “It’s your shoes.” I asked how to actually treat the problem, and she told me nothing could be done because I have arched feet. Her solution? Buy new shoes and insoles. That was it. Fast-forward one year — the pain never went away. I finally saw another doctor who immediately diagnosed plantar fasciitis and gave me the proper exercises. After one week, 90% of the pain was gone. I lost an entire year of my life because of this entitled, clueless “professional.” Avoid at all costs.

Dr Amy Dunetz has been my podiatrist for the last 5 years plus. In addition to the fact my feet are being kept in great shape by her care, everyone in her office is friendly and attentive. Appointments are always timely. I would recommend her without any reservations. She is the best!

Dr Donets was kind, caring and lovely. She went the extra mile to make me feel safe when I was vulnerable and she took excellent care of my wounded foot.. When I went for the follow up she didn’t want to charge me even though she took all the time needed. Totally recommend her,
