The office is clean, the staff are super nice. Amy is a great dentist. When I was a kid, I broke a front tooth, and had a bonded cap put on my tooth, which wasn't supposed to be permanent. I never went for the final crown because I always felt too nervous. Dr. Sementilli made me feel comfortable enough that I got the crown done and my front tooth looks normal again. 100% recommend her for routine cleanings, checkups, and small stuff like cavities, non-surgical tooth pulls, or crown repair.

They literally just hung up on me after trying to decide whether I'd be too late or not. Yes, I had an appointment at 4:30 at I would likely have gone in at 4:35 and rather than saying that it was okay to go in then, the receptionist pushes for me to cancel my appointment and then hangs up on me. This may be an oversimplification of the situation, but it's not acceptable for people just hang up on other people and force you to feel bad?? Ridiculous customer service but from what I can tell, very nice staff besides that one receptionist who just decided to cancel my appointment for me. EDIT: another receptionist said that she would try her best to call me back for any cancellations. I appreciate that immensely. It's mostly people, not the business. After a tragic fall, it was necessary for me to have extensive dental work done on my front teeth which included a root canal, crown and a bridge. since I was extremely eager to fix my teeth, I went to Amy because of her friendliness and what I thought would be quality work. On my second appointment after the initial evaluation, she began the root canal and started prep for my crown and bridge. The procedure was very messy, they failed to clean my mouth consistently as they went along and I left the office with adhesive on my chin and around my mouth. My crowns came in the following week and looked nothing like my real teeth. They were bulky, uneven and the color was off. I was nervous about having to go to a new dentist after my insurance changed, but I am so grateful I found Dr. Sementilli’s office! Her and her staff were so sweet and just made me feel at home. Their witty banter between them shows the rapport they’ve built after so many years of working together and it makes for a relaxing environment as a patient. They were very knowledgeable about insurance and Dr. Sementilli was great about answering questions I had and taking the time to really explain things to me. You can tell she loves what she does and I’d recommend this place to anyone.

After relocating and needing to find a new dentist, I found Dr. Sementilli whose office is professional, friendly, clean, and efficient. As a bonus they accept my insurance which resulted in not two, but three covered visits each year! Highly recommend!
