AM/PM Urgent Care with Englewood Health at Norwood

I went in without an appointment with a concern that might have upset some surgery I have scheduled in two weeks.  They took me right away and ran some tests.  Everyone is very efficient and great at explaining things along the way.  Dr Cohen gave me the option to either start antibiotics preventatively or await further test results in 3 days.  He has explained the pros and cons so I could make an informed decision. I have been to this clinic before and treatment has always been top rate.

I waited five minutes and spoke to a lovely doctor,. she was very helpful and informative and took care of my medical issues. The facility is clean and was quiet that day. I would definitely come back here. My husband has had a very good experiences here as well.

I called and explained I self diagnosed with RSV. They said to walk and I was seen within 10 minutes. It was a quiet morning, I spoke to the receptionist, filled out info some info and was called almost immediately. I was seen by (a PA?) and was prescribed a few meds. In and out/quick and easy.

My daughter woke up this morning with a sore throat. Was able to book an appointment for an hour later and we were in and out within 45 minutes. Doctor was thorough and gave options for what I thought was best for her treatment. Would definitely recommend!

I visited this urgent care because my child was sick. From the appointment process to the medical visit, everything was very well organized. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and very compassionate.
