AM/PM Urgent Care with Englewood Health at Fair Lawn

Had an amazing experience at this location. Extremely professional and kind PA helped me with my medical issue. Had a great bedside manner, great skill with gentle needle procedures (the issue involved needing something with a needle and i am afraid of them -- this woman was immensely understanding and so careful and skilled!). Very bright and positive attitude and listened to me, the patient. The beuracracy was also very smooth here; the forms to fill out were very straightforward and easy and not too long, front desk was helpful and polite, and prescriptions are sent quickly. Go to this location for urgent care for great service during every part of the process and comfort in the competency of every kind of staff member there. I would absolutely go here again if I ever need urgent car

The office itself is clean, organized, and welcoming. The doctor took the time to truly listen, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. I brought my daughter in for a visit and received excellent care from start to finish. The staff was incredibly patient and kind with my toddler, immediately noticing that she was scared and taking extra time to help her feel comfortable. Their compassion and professionalism truly made a stressful situation much easier for both of us. I’m very grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend this urgent care.

Had a pleasant experience despite waiting. It was easy to make an appointment online and fill out all the papers. Special thanks to Dr. Zoryana Dougan. I didn't feel good after the shot, she made sure I feel good, didn't let me leave the room until I felt better and when I expressed my concerns about other patients waiting, she said I am her main priority at this moment. Thank you very much, it wax extremely nice to hear and feel cared.

As a first time patient, it went very well. After I signed in, I was seen in about 15 minutes. Everyone was very nice and helpful. It seems that they only have one doctor and nurse. So ... If their were two of each, they would be able to handle people a lot easier and quicker. They can get at least 4 people at once!
