We never ask God why us when bad things happen at no fault of our own but thank Our Lord Jesus Christ for putting our lives in the hands he has blessed with such, understanding, kind hearts, care and compassion. My experience with AMG has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean, fresh-smelling, quiet, and tranquil the facility is. The environment itself promotes calm and healing — a true sanctuary where patients can recover with dignity and comfort. The nursing staff is compassionate and attentive, the wound care and respiratory teams are highly skilled, and the therapists and case managers work seamlessly together to make sure every patient’s care is well-coordinated and effective. I want to especially recognize the AMG management team for their strong leadership and dedication. Their guidance sets the tone for excellence throughout the entire facility. I'm writing this on behalf our family. We HIGHLY recommend AMG Specialty Hospital to those considering targeted care for themselves or their loved one. They helped my father, Romeo, return to health after severe respiratory issues due to pneumonia. These are the items worth noting for those wondering if they should consider this facility over other options. Transfer from the hospital: Veronica was a wonderful liaison who clearly, patiently, and cheerfully explained the Medicare benefits that allowed this transfer to take place. They answered every single one of our questions on the spot or returned with answers for those they didn’t know off the top of their head. My stay at AMG was amazing, they took excellent care of me, it was 1:1 care and more of a personal experience in a small setting, I felt like I was in good hands and felt safe the whole time, that's what was the most important to me, feeling safe. It was also quality comprehensive care all the way around. The food was great. The hospital was very clean. I would recommend this hospital to any of my friends or family.

You would think that blood runs thicker than water. It does not. All the staff, and I mean EVERY person from housekeeping, RTs, RNs, CNA's, and Charge Nurses treated the love of my life as if he was their beloved child. They treated him like an actual human being in the short amount of time they've gotten to know him. Every time I came to see him, I observed /everything/- there's just not enough words, krispy kreme donuts and cinnabon rolls to express my gratitude for the sincerity and consistence in care they provided to him especially during the times I wasn't there. He spent the remainder of his physical life here at AMG on Flamingo & McLeod and up to 1/23/2026 at approx 0630 and onward, I learned this much: Blood explains origin, but never allegiance.
