If i could give a zero i would.This is the first time working with this company for my iv antibodics and everytime my bag is due to be changed of my antibodics.I have to call them to get them to send more medication out .Now they dont even know if my medication will be here in time for my iv antibodic bag change which could make me stay on antibodics longer or cause the infections to come back worse.If you want your medication to be sent out on time and not have to call every 4 days to remind them to send out your medication then DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!SO FAR WORST EXPERIANCE WITH A HOME INFUSION COMPANY.There nice but nice doesnt get my antibodics to u in a timley manner or have u not call every 4 days to remind them to send more antibodics!
