I overly LOVE this place! The provider's are so special and deserve to be rewarded! Ms.Anna, Ms.Monica are my two favorites! They genuinely listen to you and care about you and what you have going on. Thank you guys for always taking care of me!

I had a wonderful experience over the weekend. I was worked in quickly when my child spiked a fever after her pediatrician office had closed and the staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. In my opinion the level of care you receive at this location is just as thorough and helpful as you receive with your PCP!

I wanted to give a shout out to Two providers Alaina and Monica. I also wanted to give one of the nurses Brian a shout out. I went in a Saturday with a ingrown toenail infection. Alaina took care of me and got me on some antibiotics. She asked me to come back the following Monday. Then they could do a procedure on my toe once the swelling and infection wasn't as bad. Monica did the procedure. It was very painful but her and Brian showed patience and compassion. They made a painful experience not so bad. Thank you again for helping me and showing me kindness. They all three are wonderful individuals.

I visited Americus Urgent Care for a thumb injury, and my experience was excellent. Provider Leo was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood my treatment plan. Nurse Asia was caring and gentle while handling my dressing, which made me feel comfortable despite the pain. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and the service was quick. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing urgent medical care!

My experience with Monica Hood as my nurse practitioner has been exceptional. She’s thorough, caring, and really takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. She is kind and knowledgeable and I always feel well taken care of and confident in my treatment plan. Highly recommend!
