Everyone was so helpful and friendly!!! I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family 🤗 When I just stopped in a few weeks ago I meet Rhonda she is such a sweetheart. Sonja was so enthusiastic and help me pick the right glasses for my face. Awesome 😎

I spent extra on scratch protection lenses with most thin and transition. I've been a customer at America's best for 8 years. This was the worst experience I had. First the doctor was remote which was strange but okay. My lenses initially came with a chip. I had to come back and get them re ordered and come back again to get them put in. Then within 6 months these lenses were just ruined with scratches and I utilized a case and glasses cleaning cloths. Was some of the worst quality glasses I had ever seen then they re ordered them got them put in less then 5 months ago and they've just already been ruined. Downhill on quality here. May use a different company all together.

I had a very disappointing experience at America’s Best Eyeglasses. What should have been a simple 2-for-$159.95 progressive lenses promotion turned into a month-long ordeal with repeated mistakes, unclear billing, and wasted time. First, I was charged incorrectly and given single vision glasses instead of progressives. The order had to be remade twice, and I ended up paying much more than the advertised price. Even then, the glasses still didn’t include the anti-glare coating I originally requested. I later confirmed on AB’s own website that I had been overcharged. Every store visit took nearly an hour, with staff struggling to navigate their own system. While employees were polite and somewhat helpful, the process was chaotic, communication was poor, and I never received promised follo

The whole staff rocks here the General Manager Sonya and Jamie Assisting me with repairing my glasses that were on their last leg until my new ones arrive . They wasn’t gonna let me walk out with no vision at all glad they assisted me Thank you Ladies ! visit this location they will treat you right and they care ! You Have a great staff Sonya.

Amanda was courteous, friendly, and professional. She processed my order quickly, and also took extra time to find a set of preferred but discontinued frames. I will return to this store in the future.
