Came in for an exam and I’m happy to see it looks like they’re hiring new people finally the staffing honestly needed to be redone. Iyearah, who did my testing before the dr was wonderful. Super sweet and adds some personality to this office. Recommend going on a day she’s working - sweet girl!

I made an appointment today for a contact/glasses eye exam. I scheduled the appointment at 8:49 am. I called at 8:59 am to confirm my appointment would be covered by my insurance. Abby and the manager were both on the line. Abby said there would be no charge for the exam as my insurance covered it. After I had my exam, they tried to charge me 50 dollars. I told them I would not be paying that as they told me there was no fee when I called to confirm. When I told that to the manager, she accused me of lying and that Abby didn’t say there was no cost. Abby was lying. The manager was lying…one of them was lying because I know what they said and what I heard. They waived the fee and tried to make it out like they were doing me a favor but really, they were fixing their own mistake…not

I can’t express how grateful I am to this store. How much they helped me in finding the right pair of glasses to match my prescription. The patience for the process. And the hospitality. These women in this office are amazing. I would recommend this store to everyone. They went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much ladies.

My wife and I both went in today for an exam and had one of the hands down best experiences I have ever had at any Americas Best locations. Will definitely be returning year after year to continue to support this location in East Norriton and Ms Dawn Marie was the most helpful person I have ever encountered. A pleasure to do business here

my experience as well as my mother’s was so horrible here we had to switch locations. both of our prescriptions were messed up. when i called to see what they could do, the lady argued with me saying it was the online glasses manufacturers’ fault, just for me to come in and tell me my prescription was off. the lady taking measurements had no idea what she was doing. the entire staff seems completely out of it and i don’t think anyone has a clue what they’re doing. the only good thing was dr. elliot, thankfully she’s also at the king of prussia location.
