Fantastic experience. The communication to coordinate meds between the doctor and pharmacy was quick and stress free. Their transparency through the whole process was refreshing. In an industry that can be so impersonal, I felt each member of the Americare team took time to address all of my individual needs and concerns. I would use them anytime and every time! Highly recommend this company!

Worst experience with America Pharmaceutical! My husband who is disabled was suffering for months with a terrible bacterial infection, he finally needed surgery and Good Sam recommended this company as his home care IV provider, from start to finish a terrible experience, now they are billing him for services that where not even necessary, there is no communication between them and the doctor, and all they do is threaten to put you in collections! Imagine almost having to have your leg removed from a serious infection and dealing with these inconsiderate people, use Catholic Charities home health care, that is my recommendation

The owner of this unprofessional pharmacy, Tom, is a pitiful excuse for a manager hiring incompetent empty-headed pharmacists who don't know what they are doing and certainly don't know how to speak to customers. There business is sketchy and so are their business practices. If You want to feel safe about what You are putting in Your body, then avoid this hack pharmacy at all costs, Your life may depend on it. After using them two times, with each time being a nightmare experience, I'll NEVER use them again out of fear of their complete incompetence.
