Avoid any practices owned by this company. We spent years trying to get one of their vets to help us figure out what was going on with our dog's skin and bowel movements. The most "help" they ever did was routinely insist on new fecal exams (even though NOTHING ever came up) and administering of topical creams that only temporarily helped the issue. Every visit, no matter how minor, was always overpriced and full of extra fees. Every visit they ran the same test and came to the same conclusion, which was "I don't know, here's some drugs". Their vet prescribed my dog a controlled substance that can’t be stopped cold turkey or shouldn’t be. I called today and they have refused service so I found another Vet . Last time I was there they tried to draw my dog’s blood in the lobby. Why have exam rooms? The Cairo practice manager is very rude and her daughter is employed there and should be a conflict of interest. They own magnolia animal hospital. I called to tell them about the rude manager. That gave me one price for my dog,and when I picked her up it was double.I payed the whole amount. Then I ordered meds from Chewy, They told Chewy they never heard of me.Horrable way to do business.

After a yearly exam on my 13 year old dog, there to just get the rabies, DHPP and Bordetella shots. Unfortunately, he also had an ear infection. After trying to upsell me on MANY unnecessary tests for other things, the vet, Dr Hill came in. Duke also had a skin tag she could remove. Then all is said and done and I check out to an almost $400 bill! NONE of the pricing was discussed with me PRIOR. Apparently the Dr thought the tech discussed and the tech thought the Dr discussed.
