American River Urgent Care Orangevale, CA

Great experience at this Urgent Care. Went in for an ear infection, they swabbed my ear to send it in to find out what was wrong since I've been having issues with my ear for a while. They were friendly and followed up with me quickly. :)

I recently visited American River Urgent Care and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and professionalism of the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with great care and efficiency. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely concerned about my health and well-being. The facility was clean and well-maintained, making my visit as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend American River Urgent Care to anyone in need of prompt and reliable medical attention. They truly go above and beyond!

I came in with a small I & D procedure needing to be done. I do not have insurance and paid the base cost which was very affordable and was not charged for the procedure. I am super thankful for American River Urgent Care for recognizing my situation and adapting humanly to take care of me. I would definitely recommend to any hardworking person with or without insurance who is looking for exceptional care with more than competant healthcare staff. I would choose them over the ER any day.

I was feeling sick last week and did not have a primary care physician to visit. I was able to come in to the urgent care and was seen so quickly! I was initially nervous because I felt terrible, but the doctor and team there comforted me with their attentive, speedy, and excellent care. The staff there works really well with the physician. You can tell they enjoy working together and it translates into how it the clinic functions. The doctor explained everything to me with patience, and he even gave me a follow up visit this week to make sure I was recovering well. It is nice to know we have a place like this in the community to meet our needs. Otherwise, very clean establishment and plenty of parking!

I can't say enough about them. My daughter had knee surgery on a Friday downtown, they sent us home with a knee brace that they had adjusted at the hospital, by the time we got home and took it off, we could not get it set how it was supposed to be. Even You Tubed it. Long story short we called them and they said come on in and we will check it out. We got there, they took us right back and helped us. We have insurance but they chose not to bill them. They are the real deal behind caring.
