Desk lady was patient ob phone acted concerned and got me in as soon as possible. Megan asked how she could help cleaned aids answered my questions and changed some things so I could hear better. Set up time to call me and see how changes had helped
I was referred to the Blue Ridge location due to insurance. Kenny did a great job in assessing my hearing and is very knowledgeable. The office was clean and organized. I felt very comfortable there and look forward to receiving my new hearing aids.
Wonderful company that offers great customer service and a variety of products to choose from. I chose Phonak hearing aids and couldn't be happier. They've changed my life. Highly recommend!
