I was pleasantly surprised at how well the process of getting my hearing test went with Gary. He was very professional, but I was more impressed with how knowledgeable he was about different hearing aids. Who knew there were so many to choose from out there? There was no rush and he answered all my questions. I'm telling all my friends that say people mumble to go see him!

This place is great but we hit some stumbling blocks after the hearing aids came in. They were surprised about a few things also like the size and using batteries and not being able to connect to my iPhone but I am going to try and make these work. I am happy about the size of the aids and the fit is fantastic. I’m positive this is going to work out.

I could have purchased my Phanok L70 aids $1102 cheaper from a competitor. Why didn’t I do that? Easy! Erica Nelson gave me my hearing test and taught me about what would be best for me. Her knowledge and personality made me feel very comfortable. She just made me feel good about using hearing aids. She is an Angel Among Us!

American Hearing + Audiology has great customer service. I felt that Pantea and her staff were truly interested in solving my hearing aid issue. She was professional and took the time to try different options until the I was comfortable with my hearing aid.

Best experience ever. From the front of the business to the back. Amazing people work there ! From the receptionist to the audiologist! Had the pleasure of waiting in the waiting area and hear the receptionist help a person the was confused about who their audiologist was and she helped them find the person they were looking for and it was another companies audiologist in another town and she even gave them the phone number and address to them. Amazing people work here ! Best team ever !
