I will recommend anybody to come here the staff was amazing they were quick and professional...Miss Dara at the front desk was very helpful not to mention Miss Gina & Miss Chasaray was amazing... I was impressed with the whole entire staff if anybody want to know this is the place to come to far as your DOT physical or any needs that you may have I love this place...

I have visited this AFC location twice in the last 2 years. Both experience have been VERY POSITIVE! If you sign in ahead of time, All I did was walk in and pay my co-pay. Both visits I was in and out in less than an hour. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Receptionist was GREAT Nurse was GREAT Doctor was GREAT THANK YOU !!

I would give it a 3.5 if that was an option. What was great: You can make an appointment online. You can fill out your forms online. The front desk person/woman was awesome. So extremely nice. Very pleasant person. Office was very clean. Plus hardly anyone was there. 2 other people in the lobby. The doctor was nice. What was average: I got there early to check in and make sure the front desk had everything they needed before my appointment time. I was still there about 1.5 hours. It just felt like a long time. The doctor moved quickly during the time she saw me.

Everyone was so nice. After checking in I was called back within a few minutes. The doctor was easy to talk with and quickly decided the best treatment. The front desk staff and tech made sure I was taking care of in a timely manner. I have used this office before and always have a great experience.

This was my first visit to this location. The lobby and restroom were spotless. The person doing check-in was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. The check-in process was easy to follow. I liked being given a realistic count of how many were ahead of me. The nurse doing my intake was personable and addressed my concerns. The exam room was clean. The nurse practitioner communicated my test results and the plan of action clearly. She answered my questions and did not rush me.
