If anyone on this page gave this facility a 5 stars they are lying! I’m not sure where y’all got this PA from but you should have left her where she was because she was the worst PA that I’ve ever seen. You could tell that she didn’t want to be there. Never came back in the room to discuss what she thought the problem was. The staff was great! She acted like I was bothering her by being there! I will never go back again! She can’t prescribe certain medications that could be used because she is only a PA! She may be intelligent but if she is she surely didn’t show it. There are certain ways you treat people in certain situations and she doesn’t have what it takes to help people! It’s called empathy and the woman has none. The check in process is quick and efficient. It is all done by your phone. There is an app for you to see where you are on the wait list. Something new that I appreciated. The nurse and the Dr were very personable, knowledgeable and they actually listed to my concerns. I have had issues at this location years ago but this last visit was worth every star. 5 stars.

I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The nurse who drew my blood did not seem confident and ended up blowing my vein. She used a very large needle and it was extremely painful. I left bruised and uncomfortable. The doctor was also very short with me and lacked basic bedside manner. I did not feel heard, cared for, or reassured — especially being already anxious. My concerns did not seem important to them. To make matters worse, when I later called to get my results, the office refused to provide them to me. As a patient, I have the right to my own medical information. The lack of professionalism and compassion was very upsetting. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

I got my visit quickly and had a very nice lady. Nurse Practitioner. She listened intently and was very understanding. She wanted to do more but was limited on what she could prescribe. In the end, she gave me what was needed and the treatment has been great so far. I thanked her for her kindness and her professionalism. If I am ever in need again, I hope to see her.

I have been running an intermittent fever with breathing difficulty for 6 days. Flu, covid, pneumonia? The intake included BP, oxygen level, temperature. Once taken to exam room i was given a nasal swab. I was seen by NP McCovery who told me the swab was negative and that I had no fever. I told her I had body aches similar to flu. She suggested it was menopause!!! I am 61. Told her I had gone through that some 20 years earlier. She seemed like she didn't believe me, and asked how I "knew" I'd been thru it, I told her I had not menstruated for over 20 years. She gave me a nebulizer treatment and a Rx for an albuteral inhaler. The nebulizer treatment in the room left my legs wobbly and she said I should go to ER if my condition persisted.
