American Family Care Dothan

I had an absolutely excellent experience at American Family Care Dothan! From check-in to triage, to being seen by the NP, and finally discharge, everything was smooth, professional, and efficient. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable. I truly felt cared for the entire time. I would rate my experience a full 10/10 and highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt, quality care!

I'm normally a Main Street Urgent care patient. Today I could not get in. I was able to schedule appointments for myself and my son. We were treated with amazing customer service and compassion! Our visit was quick and easy. Definitely recommend and will be back.

I made an appointment. Put all info online. Got to appt and had a $10 copay. Gave the lady a $20 she said she have NO change. I could not understand and she told me to take up with corporate. I then wrote her a $10 check and then she told me that she had to have credit card. That was the first I heard that. I then ask the waiting room if anyone had change for a $20. A lady said she did and then the receptionist told me even if I had cash I had to have a credit card. I ask her if I could bring one back by and she said NO. I will never ever step back in to this facility and if she worked for me she would be without a job. I then went to Westgate Clinic and got great care

We had to be seen while on vacation and showed up as a walk in right when they opened. They got us checked in, triaged, and seen by the CMA and NP quickly, and my son got a point of care tests, breathing treatment and chest X-ray right away with no wait. Results for the lab tests and the x-ray were received within 10-15 minutes during the visit. The staff was very gentle and reassuring with my son and the NP was very knowledgeable and helped us decide whether to turn back home or proceed with our trip. I am very happy with the well-coordinated service and speed during a very stressful time. It was far superior to any urgent care experience I've ever had. Thank you all!

I was having a really bad cough. It was easy to book an appointment. The wait time was good. The stuff was friendly and knowledgeable. NP Sandra Quinn was the bomb! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ It’s going to be my go to emergency place from now on.
