I would like to commend this office, staff and especially Dr. Reigh to anyone in need of periodontal care. From my first visit to the one I had today, I have had a very positive experience. The receptionist is personable, knows her job, and after a few visits, will know your name! The hygienists and other staff are attentive and all in tune with Dr. Reigh, it's a pleasure to see them interact in order to get the job done. Dr. Reigh's expertise will put you at ease as he explains procedures, tells you what to expect and what to do post-surgery in order to have the best success. And doesn't mind answering questions! I highly recommend this practice.

The two stars granted are for the overall friendliness of the in-person staff, the bedside manner of the hygienist I worked with in 2025, and for the quality of the work performed. People in the office were friendly and seemed to do their jobs well. The loss of the other 3 stars is for the practice itself and what seems to be pretty extreme disarray. // TLDR: Their scheduling system is a total mess. Keep an eye on any/all invoices in case you suddenly owe more. If you DO owe more and it doesn't make sense to you, be prepared to send your own insurance after them to straighten things out. I got the impression the practice, overall, is extremely disorganized. // The long version: In 2019, and the only dentist near me who took my new insurance was the ADS in Phoenixville. Who likes going to the dentist? I do, because they make it such a smooth, positive experience that I don’t mind or stress out about having to go. Everyone is so nice, caring and professional from the front desk staff to Dr. Reigh. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs any dental care.

I’d avoid this office. The front desk workers have been rude multiple times. They canceled our cleaning appointment several times with little notice and couldn’t reschedule us till months later. When I complained, they got very short with me. This fall I had a checkup, and the dentist said that I had several new cavities and needed them filled. When I tried to ask him follow up questions he rolled his eyes, stood up, and walked away. I later went to another practice and got a second opinion. They took full x-rays and told me there was no sign of cavities and decay anywhere. They were extremely kind and even showed me the x-rays. Not only was the dentist at this practice rude, he was mistaken, and I would’ve had my teeth drilled for no reason. Any decent medical provider will answer
