As a new patient I did not know what to expect and considering I don't enjoy going to the dentist in general I had modest expectations and some anxiety since it had been more than 3 years since my last visit to a dentist. Iwas/am impressed. Pleasant greeting upon arrival, xray tech was efficient, dental hygienist was excellent. Teeth feel great after her cleaning. Dr was also caring and efficient. I knew I had/have an issue and she confirmed an abscess that will require a root canal and crown replacement. They were helpful with a referral to an Endodontist, clean and fair pricing for the crown. Pretty sure I have found an office that I'll actually look forward to returning too in six months.

My first experience as a dental patient at the Exeter location went very well. It started with being able to fill out most of the paperwork online, ahead of my appointment. I got to the appointment 12 minutes early. To my surprise, I was taken in for my teeth cleaning and exam on time! I haven't had that experience at a doctor/dentist office in years. Of course, the staff was nice. My hygienist, Patty, did a nice job in cleaning my teeth while answering my questions. Both the x-ray technician (can remember her name, at the moment) and the dentist, Dr. O'Neill are attentive and make you feel welcome. I'm looking forward to seeing if my next appointment goes this well.

Had my first appointment there today and really liked the office and the staff! The office was clean and well organized, we didn't have to wait long, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm expecting that we will be very happy at our new dentist's office.

I am so happy that I switched over to them. On my first visit to the Exeter office they were kind and empathetic to my concerns. I was nervous due to newly acquired dental anxiety, and getting implants in my 50's, however the dentist has left me feeling so much better with her kindness and caring.

I’m only giving this place a 3 bc of the receptionist Rosa. The doctor Megan is great! However my experience with Rosa over the years have always been bad which is why I’m deciding to no longer be patient here. Throughout the years Rosa has ALWAYS been rude acting like she can’t speak when you say hello, or just always having an attitude I general. There has been multiple times when I had showed up and she would add extra work or extra costs to the work I needed done. The last time I came is what really made me not want to be a patient here. I had called for a quote on pricing and was told I could not be given a quote until I had came to be checked out by the doctor. When I showed up, I was given a quote without being seen by the doctor. I had signed up for their premium plus program whic
